When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our logistics centers within 48 business hours.
Average delivery time: 4 to 10 business days.

Please note that we ship via standard carriers and do not deliver to pickup points or parcel lockers.


An item is missing from my order

To ship your orders as quickly as possible, we work with several logistics partners.
This means your items may arrive in separate parcels — don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at the same time.

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 9 business days, but some may take a little longer.

In the rare event that you have not received your parcel within 30 business days, we will issue a full refund, and you may keep the item if it arrives later.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, usually within 6 hours.

You have 6 hours after your purchase to email us at contact@mytempshift.com to request a change.
After this period, your order will most likely have been shipped and can no longer be modified.


The item I received is damaged or defective

Despite the care taken by our shipping partners, an item may occasionally arrive damaged.

In case of damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@mytempshift.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem (e.g., wrong item, defect)

  • A photo or short video showing the issue

We will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
